A Call to All Emerging Artists to Enter for the NBF Art competition

Are you a well-known or up-and-coming artist seeking a ground-breaking chance to exhibit your skills? This is a call for entry to all artists.

National Bank of Fujairah launched its second consecutive art competition as part of the UAE’s burgeoning art scene and in line with its ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and creative sector empowerment agendas.

With the backing of Dubai Culture & Art Authority, we see this project as a landmark endeavor in the UAE, with the intention of contributing to and enhancing the country’s artistic standing. The NBF Art Competition 2022’s objective is to give a platform via the medium of art and to shine a light on what we are doing for our planet in order to inspire a commitment to combat global warming and its effects.

NBF invites all artists from every area of the country to join, contribute their creative thoughts, and portray in their own manner how they see the evolution of the world and its future.

Your creative proposal may be anything that aims to enhance the environment, whether via the use of readily available and natural materials or through generating climate awareness on urgent topics. You might be motivated by the relationship between people and nature, or by the threat to our world. Consider making a difference, increasing awareness, and placing sustainability at the heart of your creativity.

Additionally, you are urged to employ upcycled materials, repurposed things, and natural resources to create artworks that not only do not harm the environment, but actively celebrate and defend it.
